And now for the May release news you’ve been waiting for, the hints you’ve been seeing – Gardens are in bloom now that the April showers have brought lots and lots of May flowers.

So, let’s bring those colors inside to stay!  Without further ado, we’re happy to introduce our newest color set…
…the Garden Bloom Set!!!

I love that there are brights and lights in this set, just like all the color variations dotting the gardens, fields, and roadsides.  Our first wave of wildflowers here in Texas, which tend to be lighter, have come and gone and now the bright, bold summer flowers are starting to pop up.  No matter where you are or what type of weather, this set is sure to make you smile.   Swing by the Little Monkeys Shop and get your’s today!!

Also new in the Little Monkeys Shop – we got a big batch of shrink film sheets by mistake with one of our last orders.  So, our random order is your gain!  Shrink your favorite stamps into the perfect embellishment for your layout or card with our pack of six (6) sheets of 8.5″x11″ shrink film for $4.29.  We’ll probably keep them around for good now that we have them, b/c who doesn’t love playing with shrink film?!?! 

More news – we will continue to offer the Tropical Getaway Set as a permanent set.  I’ve loved all the color sets so far, but just can’t get this one out of my head so we’re gonna have to keep it around.

Finally, I’ve thought about this repeatedly with past color sets, so I’m gonna ask – are there sets you’re really missing that you’d like to see back?  Do you wish they were all around longer or on a permanent basis or is it not really an issue that one goes away?  Maybe once a year we should bring them all back for a year-end review?  Hmmm…we need your help!  Let us know what you think!  We’ll make it worth your time to leave a comment, too! 

We get lots of questions about how the system works, so lots & lots of pics that I hope will help answer your questions!  I’ve got two videos, too, but still have to figure out how/where to put those – any suggestions?  In any case, pics are ready now so let’s get started…

step one – stamp to your heart’s content

step three – remove stamp from block

step four – place stamp onto insert

step five – slide insert into sleeve

step six – return sleeve w/insert to box

step seven – find another stamp and repeat!

As I’ve mentioned before, we’re going to highlight one Monkey’s storage system each month and (obviously by now, I guess!) we’re starting off with Aimee!  Swing on over to her blog and check it out – be warned, though, you’re gonna want to get crafty with your system when you see all the details!

Introducing the new color set – the Indian Summer Set!!!

I just love the colors of this set.  Just right to take us from Summer to Fall – and spread it out a bit for those of us that will be longer in getting to Fall!  The colors are similar to the last set, but more muted and deeper, just as they are in nature.  Love it, love it!  And I know your stamps will too. 

Also, we are now offering Tabs in a Neutral Set.  Great for use with the Green Set inserts and great for use with multi-colored inserts from the different color sets.  The Neutral Set includes three colors on the light end of the brown spectrum, kraft, cream, etc.

Don’t forget about the call for Design Monkeys!  The deadline is September 9th, which will be here before we know it, I’m sure.  Love seeing everyone’s work and learning about each one on a more personal level, too!!

I kind of alluded to this earlier, but we’re coming up on our anniversary/birthday at the end of September and are going to have lots of fun!!!  You’re all invited to join us for the Little Monkeys Turns One Celebration.  The official day is September 30th, but there will be lots going on between now and then, too!  I’m so excited to reach this milestone – it still seems a little unreal that we’ve done so much already and, yet, there remains so much on the list to look forward to in the next year(s) to come!  I know I’ll say it again, but thank you all for your support and encouragement to get us to this point!
