I apologize for the problems.  As you know, I got really sick right as I was catching up on shipping and got overwhelmed.  I then had to travel for my other work and brought in someone to catch up/help keep things going.  That, apparently/obviously, did not work out and I came home to a big mess late last night.  I am focusing today on getting in touch with everyone to straighten things out.  I really thought I was getting ahead and am very frustrated to be in such a mess. 		<description>I also place an order in April and I not recieve my storage system.  You have charged my card and recieved my money.  I have sent you two emails with no response.  The best way to help your business prosper and grow is to make sure you have great customer service and when you don&#039;t you lose the your current customer and any potential future customers.</description>

		<description>I, too placed an order in April.  My card was charged on the 22nd and I still do not have my order!  I have emailed multiple times and have yet to receive a response.  I have some of the storage boxes and love them. However, after almost a month and still no product is not the way to keep customers happy...nor is it a way to get new customers! 		<description>I placed my order on April 4 and have had the same experience as everyone above. Emails are answered a week later or not at all. Their customer service is non-existent. I was promised twice that my order was going out that day or the next, but here we are into the 7th week of waiting. I am beyond disappointed.</description>
