May release

We’re working on the site and also waiting for one last order to arrive before we can post the release, so this month we’re going to post the new color set/Little Monkeys update next Tuesday.  Can’t wait to share everything with you!  Have a great weekend – see you soon!  :)

    I, too, placed an order on April 4, 2009, and now it’s May 16th and I still have not received my ordered items. I’ve sent five emails to the company, three of these emails since April 29, and I have not received replies to the last three emails. Has the company gone out of business, or was this just an April Fool’s Joke? Not a happy customer here.

    The above comments do not give me a good feeling. I placed an order on April 22 (my credit card was charged) and then finally received an email that my order had shipped on April 28. As of today, May 16, nothing has arrived. I’m very disapponted in your customer service. What is going on? Not happy customer! I’ve also sent five emails…and no response.

    I also have sent MANY emails and they have not emailed me back. I placed my order on april 20th and I have now started a paypal claim to try and get my money back. I am NOT at ALL happy about this.

    I placed my order on April 4 and have had the same experience as everyone above. Emails are answered a week later or not at all. Their customer service is non-existent. I was promised twice that my order was going out that day or the next, but here we are into the 7th week of waiting. I am beyond disappointed.

    I, too placed an order in April. My card was charged on the 22nd and I still do not have my order! I have emailed multiple times and have yet to receive a response. I have some of the storage boxes and love them. However, after almost a month and still no product is not the way to keep customers happy…nor is it a way to get new customers! I will be hesitant to recommend this storage system to others due to the slow processing and apparently non-existent customer service.

    I also place an order in April and I not recieve my storage system. You have charged my card and recieved my money. I have sent you two emails with no response. The best way to help your business prosper and grow is to make sure you have great customer service and when you don’t you lose the your current customer and any potential future customers.

    Dear all,
    I apologize for the problems. As you know, I got really sick right as I was catching up on shipping and got overwhelmed. I then had to travel for my other work and brought in someone to catch up/help keep things going. That, apparently/obviously, did not work out and I came home to a big mess late last night. I am focusing today on getting in touch with everyone to straighten things out. I really thought I was getting ahead and am very frustrated to be in such a mess.
